Help Me Help You!

As a former employee of an affiliate marketing agency, (where I earned “Employee of the Month!”)

I definitely learned a ton! Most of all I learned how simple and greatly beneficial sharing a link can be for all parties involved! With there being so much uncertainty in the world in regard to the economy trying to recover from the aftermath of the 2020-2021 pandemic, the stock market being taken over by electronic vehicles and crypto currency (a concept that I still have trouble understanding) and jobs losses and inflation……

Whew chyle!!! I could go on and on, but I think you catch my drift. Anywho, with everything going on I feel like, whether we actually need it or not; we’re all on the lookout for an easy way to put some extra cash in our pockets and the easier, the better. With that being said, I thought it’d be a great time to tell you about some of the ways I’ve been making some extra cash and share links with you so you can too!

Before Instagram took over the world we were always taught that word of mouth it the best way to

grow a business and a lot of businesses still live by that motto and provide their valued customers

with links to share and tell their friends and family about the companies the love. That’s exactly

what’s about to happen here!

To know me is to know that ya girl is a “hustla!” I’ll start by introducing you to the grocery delivery apps I use.

Side Hustle Apps:

1) Instacart: Driver Referral Link

Instacart is not the first app that I’ve delivered/driven for but it is the first grocery delivery app I’ve tried. I am currently using a combination of three different apps to try them out and find which works best for me. I have to say that so far Instacart seems to be the most consistent of the three. With this app you have the option of signing up as a full-service shopper, which means you do both the shopping and delivering or as an instore shopper which means you stay in the store to fulfill orders. Instacart recently changed their operations to offer 24hr service but from what I’ve seen, the orders generally die off around 9/10pm. In my area there are often random bonus offered for completing 5 to 6 order in a day which is great because you still receive your tips on top of the bonus base pay. Plus, certain store like Total Wine typically have the order pre-picked for you so it’s an easy in and out run.

I actually signed up for Shipt a while ago but just started working with the app last week. I’m not sure if it’s because it’s holiday time or maybe there are limited drivers in my area, but I see that Shipt offers constant promotions for bonus money. I also am seeing that the average payout is higher per order on Shipt than the other two grocery delivery apps I’m using. If you are not interested in driving but are interested in getting your groceries delivered, I have a link for that too (click here)! Usually upon sign up there is a promotion offer for a certain amount of money toward free groceries … and who doesn’t love free food?

3) Point Pickup: Driver Referral Link

Point Pickup is another grocery delivery service app. Most of the orders in this app come from Albertsons and Safeway … at least in my area. The absolute best part about this app is that you do 0% of the shopping. The in-store shopper does all of that. You simply go inside and pick up the prebagged groceries, put them in your car and deliver. I’ve even been fortunate a few times to even have the in-store shopper bring the groceries to my car and help load. I also find that in general, from my experience, the users on this app tend to tip a bit more than the others. Point pick up says “It’s a win-win for everyone! …when your friends sign up and make 3 deliveries, they too will be entered to win $100 during our monthly new driver give away.”

If you have and questions about these apps feel free to leave your questions, comments or concerns.

Investments

I’m gonna switch up the tempo here and tell you about the banking/investment app I use that have something to offer.

Capital One was my very first credit card oh so many years ago. It was the platinum credit card and due to it being a low credit line, I honestly forgot all about it. Fast forward about 10 years, there was a huge hurricane in Florida that cause people to miss work but still have extra Expenses. The news made mention that credit card companies are offering increases in lieu of the disaster. Low and behold, I’m looking through an old email account and I see a message from them. I called and instantly received a $400 credit limit increase! That’s when I became a fan of Capital One. I have since signed up for a credit card with them that offers cash back as well. A lot of people sleep on the cash back cards but if your disciplined and on spend what you have available to pay off in cash it’s a really good way to make some cash for building up your own credit. Capital One also know now offers checking and savings accounts as well.

5) Addition Financial: Sign up!

The next financial institution on the list is Addition Financial which is a credit union, currently only located in Florida. I recently received an email stating “we're offering $100 for you, and $300 for any friend or family member you refer to Addition Financial.” I’m a fan of this institution for their super low interest rates. I have a friend who’s sister worked at a branch when I was looking to refinance my card and she got me a great deal. They offer everything that any other bank offers but credit unions have a reputation for those low APR’s.

6) Cashapp: Sign Up!

Cash app is a program that initially was set up as an easy was to digitally send and receive money but now offers more options such as the ability to by stock and cryptocurrency. Most people I know already have it but if you don’t here’s your shot. When you use my code to sign up you’ll get $5 when you link a new bank account or activate a Cash Card (if under 18) and send $5 with in the 1st 14 days.

7) Robinhood: Sign Up!

Robinhood is an app that made it easy for regular degular people like myself to have easy access to stock investing and just like cash app you are able to invest as little as $1. I signed up for Robinhood using a friends referral code and got a free stock. I studied that stock for a while before adding my own money to it and I actually made a small profit .. but a small profit is always better than no profit! Do your research as the stock market can be a gamble but if its something you’ve been thinking about .. this is your sign!!!

8) Coinbase: Sign Up! Sign Up!

By now we’ve all heard of crypto currency and all the Bitcoin millionaires. Coinbase is an app that I’ve signed up for to learn more about and start investing in the crypto world. What’s in it for you? “You'll get $10 in free Bitcoin when you buy or sell $100 or more in crypto.”

Thanks for reading and if you know of anyone else who could benefit please share! …Who knows ... maybe you’ll sign up and love these apps so much that you’ll start sharing your own referral links and help yourself by helping others!
